Basic Chicken Stirfry
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp ginger
salt and pepper to taste
mixed vegetables (broccoli, beans, carrots, sugar snap peas work well)
- Place oil, chicken, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice and ginger in frying pan or wok. Cook until chicken is almost done, stirring frequently.
- Add vegetables and continue cooking until chicken and vegetables are done.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
